Refund & Return

- We currently do not accept returns and refunds. All products are final sale except a defective or damaged product. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel. The damaged item will be replaced by a new one. Please notify us at hello@pcesstudio.com, we will provide you with instructions and arrange the exchange.
